gorgeous room outdoor shower tasty breakfast clogged rainshower leaking sink inoperable stopper
The room had gorgeous design. It featured huge indoor and outdoor showers. The view from the room and restaurants was great. Breakfast included tasty food with a great selection.
There were issues with the room I occupied. The sink stopper remained closed and could not be opened. The rainshower was almost entirely clogged, rendering it useless. A leakage under the sink would soak the spare toilet roll there.

delicious breakfast friendly staff spacious room bad sunbeds limited shadows slow food
the breakfast was delicious!!! the staff was very friendly and spoke excellent english. our room was spacious and modern. the toiletries were lovely!!!
i found sunbeds and towels to be in very bad shape. it's not up to a 5 stars standard. there were not enough sunbeds for families, and not enough shadows especially with children. waiting time to get food at the restaurant was too long.

ocean view attentive staff buffet breakfast on-site restaurant
this hotel offered a romantic experience!!! our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. the staff was very friendly to our needs. the buffet breakfast included a large variety of delicious options. i really enjoyed the on-site klif restaurant.

Breakfast is on the beach. It has a shaded area, enabling you to watch the water. the hotel restaurant cliff offers a nice sunset view. i loved that there were several other restaurants within a ten-minute walk.

delicious options fantastic staff clean room
The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options each day. The staff was fantastic. My room was always clean. The infinity pool was awesome, though they needed more umbrellas at the second pool.
The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly cutting out. I'd hoped it would be more reliable.

Wonderful Stay and Sunset Views
helpful staff amazing view spacious room
I appreciated the kind and helpful staff. They were always available. Our room offered a fantastic view of the ocean and pool from the second floor. It was a spacious Premier King Room. The waves provided a sweet sound.
The hotel seemed to permit smoking on the deck and in the restaurant. This impacted my enjoyment of the outdoor spaces, and I found it affected everyone nearby.

Staff provided quick service. They addressed requests promptly and were always polite. The breakfast staff even surprised me with a small cake and song for my birthday. The bed was beautifully decorated with flowers.

Breakfast included a large selection of foods. Both Asian and international dishes were available. The Kliff restaurant has superb food and views. It is well worth a visit for the cliffside location, though parking was expensive!
